Track Store accepts supported HTTPS storefront origins only. The first competitor and first meaningful insight do not require an account. Unsupported stores and temporary crawler failures are reported without exposing internal diagnostics.

Email support@rivometry.com with a concise description of the problem. Please do not include passwords, one-time codes, session tokens, payment details, or full private URLs.

Public support operations, response commitments, and account-deletion handling will be confirmed before broader rollout. No live billing, email-alert, or AI service is promised by this page.
